What to do if you find a “stray”???

1. Make sure the animal is NOT owned. Contact PAWS when you take the animal in to begin the 2 week waiting period. Post a flyer at Rams, IGA, and Dr. Nisbett’s office containing:

• Picture

• Description

• Date found

• Your contact information

2. Flyers MUST be posted for 2 weeks before you can assume responsibility for the animal

3. During this period DO NOT vaccinate, spay/neuter, or medically treat the animal

4. Following the waiting period contact Lauren Deahl (ldeahl@rossvet.edu.kn) for information on entering the into the PAWS adoption program
